We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Beeman’s Pharmacy to provide patients with $5 low-cost prescriptions. Please refer to the following PDF find eligible prescriptions.

Call our number to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are welcomed too.

Our dedicated admin team will get in touch as soon as we can to make proper arrangements for your visit.

Our student volunteers will check you in to get your vitals and information to begin your visit. Spanish translators are available.

Please call and make an appointment to review any results for your continued care.

Clinic Flow

Step 1

Check-in

Our undergraduate volunteers will be retrieving your medical information and history and conduct vitals. Spanish translators are present to help you from the beginning to the end.

Step 2

Brief Wait

The patient exam rooms may all be occupied. Please feel free to reach out to our social services and health education volunteers for additional assistance and educational materials.

Step 3

Meet Health Provider

You will be guided to a room once one is free. Under the supervision of physicians and family medicine residence, a medical student will tend to your health concerns.

Step 4

Lab Work

If your care requires lab work, we will order the necessary labs you need to get done for free. Please follow the instructions to get to the nearing Quest Diagnostics.

Step 5

Prescriptions

We will contact your pharmacy and provide you with prescription referrals. We are not able to cover the cost of your prescription medications and are working towards that goal.

Step 6

Follow-ups

If follow-ups are needed, we will schedule you for our next clinic. To improve continuity of care, you will meet the same provider when you come back for follow-ups.

Lab Process

Step 1

Receive Lab Order Confirmation

You will either receive your lab confirmation during clinic or the day after via encrypted email.

Step 2

Make an Appointment

You can locate a Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center to have your lab work and schedule an appointment.

Step 3

What to Bring

Safe and Confidential

All your health information is secure and any messages sent to you will be encrypted. We utilize Athena Health as our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Our dedicated volunteers and health care team have received HIPAA training to ensure that our clinic provides confidential services.

Each patient room is enclosed with black screenings. White noise machines are placed in every room your information from being overheard.
